OUR PRESIDENT
President and founder, Cheryl Flowers, has over 30 years of business management expertise in both non-profit and real estate sectors. She has established success in providing management consulting services focused on small businesses and is well-respected in the field. Ms. Flowers brings an array of service experience in providing a customized client strategy in a results and client-oriented manner. She is a dedicated, charismatic leader with professional work experience in a variety of diverse environments.
Ms. Flowers was a co-founder and executive director of Boys2MenGirls2Women, where she launched the organization from the ground up and identified & initiated business development strategies. She managed Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, and Administrative departments.
Ms. Flowers integrated community fundraising and corporate development as well as supervised and developed workforce training. She was a co-partner and founder of Century 21 AMS Real Estate in Inglewood, CA where she advised and managed the office of clients and agents.
